RADNOR, Pa. - The Cabrini men's tennis team continued the non-conference portion of its 2010 regular season schedule Friday afternoon, welcoming backyard-rival Eastern University to the Dixon Courts. The Eagles recorded a 9-0 victory versus the Cavaliers.

Freshman Shane McKeon battled to a 6-2, 6-2 setback at the No. 3 position in singles play versus Dan Wilson. Senior Andrew Golden dropped a 6-1, 6-1 decision at the No. 5 spot against Tyler Hoagland.

Freshman Joseph Stafford fell 6-0, 6-2 in the No. 6 position against Jonny Shenk.

The Eagles rolled into singles competition following a three-match sweep in doubles play. Eastern notched three 8-0 victories against the Blue & White.

Cabrini (0-2) begins its Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) slate tomorrow on the road against Baptist Bible College. Match time versus the Defenders is set for 1 p.m.
