RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini men's tennis team returned to the Dixon Courts on Saturday afternoon, resuming its Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) schedule. The Cavaliers are still in search of their first win of the season after a 9-0 loss versus Marywood University.
The Pacers swept doubles play behind an 8-4 win in the No. 1 position from Greg Chilson and John Domider versus Cabrini's Jake Neary and Walter Jesuncosky.
Senior Andrew Golden and sophomore Justin Lutteroty suffered an 8-1 loss at No. 2 against Daniel Pfafman and Barrett Wentworth. Junior Joseph Stafford and freshman Shane McKeon fell 8-3 in the No. 3 spot against Todd Doran and Wyatt Nolan.
In singles action, Neary dropped a narrow 7-5, 6-2 decision at the No. 4 position against Pfafman. Golden suffered a 6-2, 6-1 setback in the No. 5 spot versus Ethan Jones.
Cabrini (0-6, 0-4) returns to action on Monday, April 12 versus non-conference opponent Ursinus College. Match time against the Bears is set for 4 p.m.
