RADNOR, Pa. - The Cabrini men's tennis team suffered a 6-3 loss at the hands of Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) opponent Keystone College on Saturday afternoon at the Dixon Courts. Junior Nate Martin earned his team-best fourth singles win of the season for the Cavaliers in the loss.
Martin claimed victory at the No. 3 singles match, topping Sean Hanahue, 7-5, 6-4. Junior Justin Lutteroty posted his third singles win of the year, dropping Abraham Shagoury, 6-4, 6-2, at the No. 4 position.
In doubles play, Martin and junior Ian Monson claimed a 9-7 win at the No. 2 match against Hanahue and Mark Musumeci. Keystone (2-1, 2-0 CSAC) captured two doubles matches en route to the overall victory.
Cabrini (2-8, 1-2 CSAC) resumes its non-conference schedule at Division II Philadelphia University on Monday, April 11. Match time against the Rams is set for 4 p.m.
