ROSEMONT, Pa. – The Cabrini College women's tennis team rebounded from a pair of losses last week to improve to 5-2 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference and 5-5 overall with today's 5-4 win at Rosemont College.
The Blue and White got off to a good start snagging two of the three doubles matches. Junior

Samantha Trumbo teamed for their first victory of the year at No. 1 doubles. Cabrini's freshmen pair of
Mia Scocozzo and
Mackenzie Murray improved to 4-0 against CSAC competition with their 8-0 win at No. 3 doubles.
The Cavaliers sealed the match win by taking three of the six singles matches. Kennedy improved to 9-0 on the year with her 7-5, 6-2 win at No. 1 singles. Through nine matches, Kennedy has yet to surrender a single set.
At No. 5 singles, Murray snapped her two match losing streak to sweep her singles match 6-0, 6-0. Fellow freshman Kaitlyn Zinkewich won her second career match with a 6-0, 6-1 performance at the No. 6 singles flight.
The Cavalier will step out of conference on Wednesday when they host Bryn Mawr College. First serve is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at the Dixon Courts.
