Box ScoreRADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini men's tennis team extended its win streak to three matches after today's 9-0 win over Rosemont College at the Dixon Courts. With the victory, the Cavaliers improve to 3-10 overall and 2-4 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
Cabrini's number one doubles team of juniors Anthony DiCicco and Sean Neary improved to 6-4 on the year with their 8-0 victory. The Blue and White also earned wins by default in the second and third doubles matches.
DiCicco and freshman Joe Pacifico extended their singles win streaks to three with straight set victories. DiCicco took the number one singles match 6-0, 6-0, while Pacifico won the number two match 6-1, 6-0.
Neary claimed his fifth straight singles win, with a 6-1, 6-0 triumph at number three singles. The Cavaliers also earned wins in the fourth, fifth and sixth singles flights via default.
The Blue and White will close its CSAC slate tomorrow as it welcomes Keystone College to the Dixon Courts. First save is slated for 3:30 p.m.
