RADNOR, Pa. – The women's tennis team will kick off its spring season on Tuesday, April 21 at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, before hosting Hood College on Wednesday. The Cavaliers will close out their spring season Saturday, April 25 with a trip to Cairn University.

In Stephen Parker's first season at the helm of the women's tennis team, the Blue and White finished its fall season 12-6 overall and 9-0 in the conference. The Cavaliers advanced to the semifinal round of the Colonial States Athletic Conference Tournament, where the team fell to the Marywood Pacers 5-1.

The Blue and White topped the University of the Sciences 6-3 in an exhibition match on August 29. The Devils finished 10-6, before falling 5-0 to Chestnut Hill College in the CACC Championship First Round.

Hood College recently passed the mid-way point in their 2014-15 season, after falling 8-1 to Alvernia on Saturday. The Blazers will look to improve their 3-7 record with next Wednesday's non-conference match at the Dixon Courts.

The Cavaliers earned an 8-1 win against Cairn University on September, 27. The Highlanders finished 4-11, 4-6 in the CSAC but closed the fall season with a 9-0 conference win at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
