PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Cabrini men's tennis teams season came to an end today following a 5-0 loss to the Gwynedd Mercy Griffins in the semifinal round of the Colonial States Athletic Conference tournament. The Blue and White finished with a final record of 4-9 and 4-3 in the CSAC.

Today's loss also closes the career of senior Anthony DiCicco. The senior finished his career with 22 singles victories along with 26 doubles wins. Over the course of four years, the senior has led the Blue and White to two CSAC playoff appearances.  

The Griffins took all three doubles matches to start the day. DiCicco and freshman Alijah Broadnax fell in their number one doubles match 8-4.  Sophomores Joe Pacifico and Mike Halbher dropped in number two double 8-2, while juniors Sean Neary and Colin Kilroy fell in their number three doubles match 8-5.

Gwynedd Mercy went on to win in number one and five singles to take the win and advance to tomorrow afternoon's title match against the Neumann Knights.
