CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. - The men's tennis team is now 0-9 on the year and 0-3 in the CSAC after falling 7-2 at Summit University today. Junior Sean Jaeger and sophomore Alijah Broadnax gave Cabrini a 1-0 lead after scoring an 8-6 number one doubles win. The lead would not last long, as the Defenders won the next two doubles matches.
Broadax earned a 3-6, 6-2,11-9 number one singles win but the Cavalier comeback effort fell short, as the Defenders won the remaining five singles matches.
The Blue and White looks to step into the win column on Monday, as it hosts the Rosemont College Ravens (0-7, 0-3 CSAC) in a CSAC men's tennis match at Dixon Courts. Match time is 3:30 p.m.
