Reading, PA -Â The Cabrini men's tennis team remained undefeated in 2017 as they took a 7-2 decision over host Penn State Berks this afternoon. With the win the Blue and White improve to 3-0 on the season.Â

CJ LaMantia earned a hard fought 8-6 victory, as the newcomer duo of
Ben Mead and Nick Falcone followed suit with a close 9-8 (8-6) win of their own.
In singles action, Broadnax picked up his third victory of their year with a 6-1, 6-2 decision in the No. 1 slot. In No. 2 singles, freshman
Vince Paetow took his opponent into three sets, but ultimately fell by 6-0, 4-6, 10-2 final.Â
Falcone (7-5, 7-5), Mead (6-1, 6-1), and sophomore
Nick Tilley (6-0, 6-2) rounded out the singles winners for the Cavaliers in the No. 3, 4 and 6 spot, respectively.Â
The last remaining game for the Blue and White is their match against Arcadia, which was originally suspended due to darkness. The showdown with the Knights has been rescheduled to Monday, Oct. 9 at 3:30pm.Â
