CLARKS SUMMIT, PA – The Cabrini men's tennis team opened Colonial States Athletic Conference play with a convincing 8-1 win at Marywood University today, improving to 2-4 on the year.
The Blue and White got off to a hot start, capturing all three doubles points.

Alijah Broadnax team with score an 8-5 win at number one singles, while rookies
Charles LaMantia and
Matthew DeMaria earned an 8-2 win at the number two flight.
The Cavaliers completed the doubles sweep with an 8-3 triumph by the team of sophomore
Nick Scaramuzza and freshman
Nick Tilley.
Cabrini continued its momentum into the singles matches, claiming five of the six in straight sets.
Jaeger claimed the number two singles match with a pair of 6-0 set scores. LaMantia earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory at number three, while DiMaria earned a 6-2, 6-2 win at number four singles.
Tilley won the number five singles match 6-2, 6-3, with Scaramuzza's 6-0, 6-2 win closing the day's action.
The Blue and White will step out of conference play on Monday, as it welcomes the DeSales University Bulldogs (2-6) to the Dixon Tennis Courts. First serve is slated for 3pm.
