RADNOR, PA - The Cabrini women's tennis team fell to 0-3 in the Fall season following tonight's 9-0 loss to the visiting Alvernia Golden Wolves. 

The Blue and White started off doubles play with a forfeit in the No. 3 flight, pitting them in an early hole. Junior Sydney Lynch and freshman Elizabeth Baddoo put forth a worthy effort in No. 1 doubles, but were edged by their Alvernia counterparts, 8-0. 

Sophomore Miranda Smith and rookie Alyssa Madden fell in the No. 2 flights by a 8-1 final. 

In singles play, Lynch and Smith were topped in flights No. 1 and No. 5, respectively, by 6-0, 6-0 decisions each. Madden and classmate Raechel Aviles were also ultimately edged by a 6-1, 6-0 and 6-0, 6-1 decision, respectively. 

Cabrini will look to rebound after a short break when they head to Jefferson University on Thursday, October 4th. Match time is slated for 3pm.
