RADNOR, PA – The Cabrini University women's golf team will open its third campaign with a busy slate, as head coach Tana Thomas recently announced that the Cavaliers will compete in seven fall events.

The Blue and White will open the year with a trip to Buena Vista, VA on Sept. 14 for the Southern Virginia University Knights Women's Fall Invitational. The team will then compete in the Ursinus Fall Invitational, slated for Sept. 17 at Raven's Claw Golf Club in Pottstown, PA.

The team will close a busy week of competition against a mix of Division II and III teams at the Jefferson Fall Invitational at the ACE Club in Lafayette Hill, PA.

October opens with a date at the Dickinson College Quad Match at Carlisle Barracks Golf Club on Oct. 5. The Cavaliers will travel just down Eagle Road on Oct. 9, as they play in the Eastern Invitational at St. Davids Golf Club.

Cabrini will tee off at the Lebanon Valley Invitational on Oct. 25 at the Lebanon Country Club, before hosting its first ever invitational.

The Blue and White women will host the Cabrini Invitational on Oct. 28 at the Whitford Country Club in Exton, PA to close the fall campaign.

In just its second season, Coach Thomas and the Cavaliers scored a third place finish at the 2019 Atlantic East Conference Championships, led by sophomore Vic Monterosso and junior Abi Fricke.

Monterosso finished fourth overall, earning First Team All-Conference honors, while Fricke's 10th place finish secured Second Team accolades.  Senior Caitlin Bullock, sophomore Gia Marollo and Ashley Moore also scored top 15 finishes at the championship.

The program will also enter a new chapter in 2019-20, as it recently joined the Centennial Conference as an associate member. The Cavaliers become the eighth women's golf team in the league, joining Dickinson College, Franklin & Marshall College, Gettysburg College, McDaniel College, Muhlenberg College and associate member Marymount University, who also joins Cabrini in the Atlantic East Conference.
