Women's Soccer Narrowly Defeats Immaculata, 1-0
RADNOR, PA - The Cabrini women's soccer team narrowly defeated the visiting Immaculata University 1-0 Wednesday night.
Despite the close outcome, the Blue and White controlled much of the action as they held a 15-3 advantage in shots, including an 8-3 advantage in shots on goal. Cabrini also notched three corners to the Mighty Macs one.
Sophomore keeper
Ashley Tutzauer tallied her fifth shutout of the season, needing just three save to do so. Sophomore Ella Morrollo took a game-high six shots with four on frame. Junior
Rylie Butler was credited with three shots, one on frame.

Rebekah Cunningham, a mainstay on the Cavaliers back end, took advantage of a Cabrini free kick in the 69th minute as she sent a seeing-eye shot through a scramble of players and into the right side of the net for the lone goal in the game. Cunningham's goal was her first of the year.
The Cavs defense quieted the Immaculata attack the rest of the way, as they did not allow a shot over the remainder of the game, en route to the 1-0 final score.
Following today's action, Cabrini improves to 6-4-2 overall and 2-0 in conference play. The Cavaliers are 4-0-1 in their past five games.
The Blue and White will head to Aston, PA to face the Neumann University Knights this Saturday, October 16th. Kickoff is scheduled for 1pm.
