RADNOR, Pa. – On Saturday afternoon, the Cabrini University women's lacrosse team outlasted the Saints of Marymount University to take their second Atlantic East Conference victory. Cabrini and Marymount traded scores through three quarters, but the Cavaliers outscored the Saints 12-1 over the final sixteen minutes of play to earn the 20-9 final. Women's lacrosse heads to Aston to face Neumann University on Wednesday, April 10th.

How it Happened
- Marymount grabbed the first goal of the contest two minutes in before Cabrini evened the score five minutes later.
- The Saints netted a pair of player-up goals to take a 3-1 lead.
- Nearing the end of the opening quarter, Cabrini added their own goal on a woman-up advantage, followed by a score from Marymount.
- The Cavaliers scored twice inside the two minute mark to tie the game at 4, but the Saints answered back to reclaim a one goal edge.
- Cabrini won the second quarter 3 goals to 1, as the Cavs entered halftime with a 7-6 lead.
- The Cavaliers added the two goals just after the half, only to be followed by two scores by the Saints.
- Holding onto a thin one-score lead, Cabrini's offense brought the game out of reach. The Cavaliers ended the game on a 12-1 run, winning the final quarter by a 10 goal margin.
