Kevin Murray

Kevin Murray was named Associate Head Coach in November 2021 after joining the Cabrini Men's basketball coaching staff in July 2019 as an assistant coach. 

Murray brings more than 20 years of coaching experience. He has spent over 9 years at Delaware's Middletown High School and Red Lion Christian Academy.

As head coach at Red Lion, Murray was named 2017-18 Diamond State Conference Coach of the Year and developed Jalin Robinson into the conference Player of the Year, one of eight players at Red Lion to earn all-conference honors under Murray.

Murray led the Lions to the state tournament in three of his seasons and won the Diamond State Conference title in 2018. Murray was also selected to be a head coach in the annual Delaware Blue-Gold All-Star Basketball Game.
 
A graduate of Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia. Murray attended California University of Pennsylvania and later Penn State Abington/Ogontz where he played basketball. 

Murray has also spent over 13 years coaching AAU and travel basketball, where he specializes in training and developing elite level guards. Over that time, he has helped many high school student/athletes on their journey to become college athletes. Many of the players Murray has trained and coached have accepted full scholarships at Universities such as Villanova, Penn State, Oregon, St. Joseph's, UNLV, South Carolina, St. Peter's, Delaware State, Delaware, Hofstra and many more.

Murray is currently the President and Director of Operations for Role Model Elite Basketball.
