Josh Pace was named Cabrini’s first full-time assistant swim coach and aquatics coordinator in February 2019.
No stranger to the Cavaliers, Pace has been a member of head coach Cindy Ikeler’s staff for each of the last four seasons, helping the Blue and White claim the conference titles, including the men’s Atlantic East Conference crown in 2022.
Pace was also a member of Cabrini first men’s swim team in 2007-08, setting eight program records before ending his career in 2010.
Pace is in his sixth year as the head coach of the Springfield Swim Club, a program with more than 300 swimmers that has claimed four consecutive Delco league titles.
For 12 seasons, Pace was an assistant coach at the Ridley Area YMCA, where his main focus was leading the senior level girls’ teams. During his YMCA tenure, Pace directed athletes who competed in Olympic trials, as well as YMCA district, state and national meets.
Pace also spent 10 years as the head girls swimming coach at Springfield High School, where several swimmers competed in district and state championship meets.
As a prep, Pace competed at the Ridley Area YMCA for 10 years and earned All-Catholic League honors during his junior and senior years at Monsignor Bonner High School.
Pace is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Cabrini.
Pace and his fiancé, Bonnie, currently live in Media, PA with this children Alice (8) and Joshua (4).
