Bob Walsh is in his 13th season as an assistant coach with the Cabrini women's basketball program in 2022-23. Walsh brings over 40 seasons of coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels to the Cavaliers.

Walsh has posted more than 300 career victories as a head coach, beginning with his 18-year stint with the boys' varsity team at Central Buck East High School from 1973-91. He led C.B. East to six league titles during that stretch, winning five Bucks-Mont crowns and one Suburban One League championship.

Walsh has served as head coach of the girls' varsity team at C.B. South High School for two seasons (2004-06) and the girls' varsity program at Lansdale Catholic  for three seasons (2007-10).

Walsh stood for nine years as an assistant coach at the high school level, coaching three seasons (1994-97) with the boys' team at C.B. East and three seasons (1997-03) with the girls' squad at C.B. West.

Walsh also spent two seasons as an assistant coaching at the collegiate level, helping the men's program at the University of Toronto for the 1993-94 and 2003-04 campaigns.

Walsh was inducted into the C.B. East High School Hall of Fame in 1996.

Walsh is a 1971 graduate of La Salle College, playing four seasons with the men's basketball team. During the 1970-71 season, he earned Academic All-America honors and was tabbed the Big 5 Player of the Week.

In January 2019, Walsh joined his his teammates, as the 1968-69 LaSalle men's basketball team was inducted into the University's Athletic Hall of Athletes. The team finished the season with a 23-1 record, including a sweep of the Big 5, and ranked No. 2 in the final Associated Press Top 25 Poll.

A native of Philadelphia, Bob and his wife, Pat, now reside in Warrington, PA. Pat played at Immaculata University and later coached at Princeton University.
