Nathaniel Pearson, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development and Program Coordinator for the Leadership Studies Program. His research interests include meaningful work, engagement, servant-leadership, and team/workplace dynamics. 

Prior to coming to Cabrini, Pearson served as a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Leadership Studies program at West Virginia University. His former positions include time as the director of a nonprofit social services program, a family therapist, and an associate pastor.  In addition, he has been privileged to travel extensively for service and research to places such as Japan, the Philippines, Mexico, and Colombia.

Nate holds a doctorate in leadership studies from Gonzaga University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Regent University.
