Coley Ricci is in her third year on the Cabrini coaching staff in 2020-21.
 
Ricci came to Cabrini after a standout career at the University of Delaware, where she played from 2013-17.  In her 50 career games, Ricci totaled 49 points on 37 goals and 11 assists. Her 61 career draw controls rank 13th in program annuls, while her 39 caused turnovers are good for 18th all-time.
 
Ricci claimed All-CAA Second Team honors during her senior year after collecting 36 draw controls and forcing 19 caused turnovers.  The Garnet Valley, PA native set a program record with 10 draw controls in a victory over Monmouth and tied a record with five caused turnovers in a win at William & Mary.
 
A two-time team captain, Ricci also won the Team Sportsmanship Award and was a Nick Colleluori HEADStrong Foundation Award winner as a senior.
 
Ricci was just as diligent in the classroom as she was on the field, earning a pair of CAA Academic Honor Roll nods. She was also named to the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society and IWLCA National Academic Squad as a senior.
 
A two-sport standout at Garnet Valley, Ricci earned All-American honors in lacrosse and All-Delco accolades in women’s basketball, where she scored north of 1,000 career points and ranked among the all-time leaders in points, three point and free throw shooting.
 
Ricci completed her degree in Elementary Education in 2018 and is currently working towards a Master’s of Education Degree and Special Education Certification at Cabrini.
 
Ricci is currently a fifth grade teacher at Linden Hill Elementary School in Pike Cree, DE.
