Bill Wiley

Bill Wiley, who boasts more than 25 years of coaching experience, is in his 14th season as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Cabrini in 2021-22.

Wiley guided Penn State – Delco as head coach for 15 seasons from 1986-2001, leading the Nittany Lions to three conference regular season championships (1988-89, 1990-91, 1992-93) and an undefeated regular season in 1992-93.

In 1990-91, he guided PSU-Delco to the conference’s eastern division title. He walked away as the school’s all-time leader in career wins and having posted the most wins in a single-season (25) in program history.

Wiley broke into the coaching ranks as an assistant at Delaware County Community College from 1982-84. Prior to assuming his first head coaching position, he spent two seasons at Malvern Prep from 1984-86.

Wiley was no stranger to the Colonial States Athletic Conference. From 2002-06, he served as an assistant coach at Neumann College. During the 2006-07 season, he was an assistant coach at Gwynedd-Mercy College.

Wiley graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1981. He currently resides in Springfield, PA.
