Junior guard Glenn Washington was named the most valuable player of the Marymount University Comcast Challenge after averaging 21.5 points per game and leading the Cavaliers to the tournament crown.

Washington matched a season best with 27 points on 9-for-12 shooting from beyond the arc in the final against the host Saints. He tallied 16 points in the Cavaliers' first round win versus Mt. St. Mary's College.
