Cooper was named Colonial States Athletic Conference Player of the Year before leading the Cavaliers to their fifth consecutive conference title. 

In Saturday's championship game, Cooper scored the lone goal in Cabrini's 1-0 win over Gwynedd Mercy. 

With 10 minutes to play in a scoreless match, the senior made the most of her fourth shot of the day. Cooper collected a pass from fellow senior Meghan Martin and fired an 18 yard blast that bounced off the inside of the far right post and into the net for the game's only goal.

Following the match, Cooper was named the CSAC championship game's Most Valuable Player. 

Cooper and the Blue and White (11-5-3, 9-0-2 CSAC) will take on No. 5 Carnegie Mellon (15-1-1, 6-1 PAC) in the 2015 NCAA Tournament First Round. The match will be played in Pittsburgh, Pa. and is slated for a 5 p.m. start.
