Senior attackman Casey Grugan recorded eight points in the Cavaliers’ 15-8 win against Kenyon College March 13.

Against the Lords, Grugan became Cabrini’s all-time leader in career points, surpassing former Cavalier Scott Reimer (256, 2006-09). In 62 games played at Cabrini, Grugan has totaled 258 career points on 155 goals and 103 assists.

Grugan also became just the second player in program history to eclipse the 100-assist plateau for his career, joining Cabrini Athletic Hall of Fame honoree Tom Lemieux (1999-02).

Through five games in 2009, Grugan leads the Blue & White with 21 points on 14 goals and seven assists. Grugan was one of 64 players across Divisions I, II and III to be named to the 2010 Tewaaraton Award Watch List on March 5.
