Junior Christiana Taylor earned her fourth career All-America distinction March 13 in the pentathlon at the 2009 NCAA Indoor Championship at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Taylor finished sixth and posted a school-record total of 3,329 points, surpassing her previous program-best mark of 3,264 points recorded at the Ursinus Pentathlon January 28. She tallied the field’s top mark in the long jump (18 ½’’).

Taylor’s performance marks her third career indoor All-America accolade, twice claiming the exclusive distinction in 2007-08 in the long jump and 55m dash. Additionally, she was part of the outdoor squad’s All-American performance in the 4x100m relay at the 2008 NCAA Outdoor Championship.
