EXTON, Pa. – The Cabrini golf team continued its Spring 2011 schedule with a dual-match win against Immaculata University on Tuesday afternoon at Whitford Country Club. For the second straight outing, sophomore Greg Verde led the Cavaliers, carding a match-best 11-over par round of 83.
Junior Chris Sarvadi notched a 13-over par round of 85, listing tied for second among the eight-player field. Freshman Pat Rooney (+14) and senior Ryan Muller (+20) rounded out Cabrini's (346) four-man line-up.
Sean Rowan led the Immaculata (350) efforts, finishing 13 shots over par with an 85. Todd Boisvert (+14), Zack Robie (+16) and Brennen McNichol (+19) completed the Mighty Mac's four-man score.
The Cabrini golf team is back on the course on Monday, April 4 in the Swarthmore College Invitational at Rolling Green Country Club. Tee time is set for 1 p.m.
