SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Cabrini College women's swim team stands in fourth place after Day One of the Swarthmore College Invitational. The Cavaliers' 82 points place them behind Rowan, Swarthmore and Juniata heading into Saturday's double session.
The Blue and White 200-yard freestyle and 400-yard medley relay teams placed fourth on Friday. The team of

Alexis Drew and
Elyse Phillips posted a time of 1:58.01 in the freestyle relay to open the meet.
In the final women's event of the night,
Courtney Good,
Jeanine Kohlbecker, Drew and
Breaghann Smith finished the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 4:46.46.
Good also recorded scoring performances in a pair of individual events. The junior finished 16th in the 200-yard individual medley, reaching the wall in 2:29.09. She also completed the 50-yard freestyle in 27.9 seconds to finish 16th.
Phillips recorded a 19th place finish in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 6:19.77
The Cavaliers will return to Swarthmore's Ware Pool on Saturday for the event's second day. Saturday's events will be split into a morning session beginning at 9:30 a.m. and an afternoon session.
