Lasater gave Cabrini an early lead as sophomore Melissa Scanzano found her for the game's opening goal just 34 seconds into the game.  Basunga doubled the lead three minutes into the game on a free position shot.   The Cyclones cut into the lead at the 26:42 mark but sophomore Lacie Doubet score the first of her two goals with just under 25 minuts to play before the break.
