EXTON, Pa. – The Cabrini golf team closed its fall season on a high note, as it finished second at today's Immaculata University Fall Invitational at Exton's Whitford Country Club. The Cavaliers carded a team score of 302, finishing one stroke behind Albright College.
Sophomore
Michael Rojas led the Blue and White with a one under par, 71, on the 6,668 yard course, besting Albright duo Sam Ignatuk and Avery Jones by two and three strokes, respectively.
Fellow sophomore
Joe Myers finished in a fifth place tie on the day with a round of 76, one stroke better than senior
Ted Nebiolo, whose 77 was good for a 10th place tie.
Senior
Tommy Breslin tied for 12th after firing a 78, while sophomore
Dan Gentilucci's 88 earned a 31st place finish. Freshman
Megan Savage scored a round of 110.
The Cavaliers will return to action in the spring as it looks to defend its 2013 Colonial States Athletic Conference title.
