RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini men's soccer team took sole possession of first place in the Colonial States Athletic Conference with today's thrilling 3-2 overtime win over the visiting Marywood University Pacers.
With the victory, Cabrini improves to 10-1-3 overall and 4-0-1 in the conference with four league matches remaining.
The Blue and White grabbed an early lead, as junior

While Cabrini had several chances to put match away in the second half, Marywood's senior goaltender Justin Sunseri kept the Pacers within striking distance with seven second half saves.
The Pacers took advantage of their solid goaltending to increase its offensive pressure. Marywood marked the scorebook in the 62nd minute on junior Matthew Hull's header, before older brother Daniel Hull completed a penalty kick in the 73rd minute.
Both clubs created scoring chances late in the action, but neither found the correct scoring combination, sending the match to overtime.
Cabrini turned up its offensive pressure in the extra period, outshooting the Pacers 4-1.

A.J. Bishop, who slid past a defender and looped a shot over Sunseri for the game-winner, Bishops third game-winning goal of the season.

Bobby Kane led Cabrini with seven of its 25 shots on the day, while Bishop and Konneh added five shots each.

C.J. Serratore posted four saves in the win, including a brilliant diving save in the first half to keep the Pacers off the board.
Daniel Hull led Marywood (4-6-3, 3-1-1 CSAC) with three shots, while Sunseri recorded eight saves.
The Blue and White will try to stay unbeaten in CSAC play on Tuesday, when it welcomes Gwynedd Mercy University (5-10-1, 2-2-1 CSAC) to Edith Robb Dixon Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
