Junior Todd Walker scored a pair of wins for the Blue and White men in the 200 yard freestyle and 100 yard butterfly. The junior outpaced all swimmers with a time of 1:51.50 in the 200 yard freestyle and 55.90 in the 100 yard butterfly. 

In the 1,000 yard freestyle, senior Sean Tallon led the way with a first place finish in 11:32.04. Tallon also recorded a win in the 500 yard freestyle, reaching the wall in 5:30.91.

Freshman William Leamon was right behind Tallon in the 1,000 yard freestyle, as the rookie earned a time of 11:51.84.

Sophomores Rich Giuliani and Ryan Hagan placed first and second in the 50 yard freestyle in 23.29 and 23.35, respectively. 

The duo also finished second and third in the 100 yard freestyle. Giuliani reached the wall in 52.21, while Hagan scored a time of 53.17.

In the 200 yard freestyle relay, the quartet of Hagan, Walker, Giuliani and junior Bobby Schmidt earned the victory, combining for a final time of 1:33.21.

On the women's side, junior Christina Melchiorre led the way, securing a pair of first place finishes in the 200 yard individual medley and 100 yard freestyle, earning times of 2:24.54 and 57.04, respectively. 

Sophomore Candace Brown placed second in the 1,000 yard freestyle in 11:48.00. Brown also added a second place finish in the 100 yard backstroke, as the sophomore reached the wall in 1:05.41.

The quartet made of Melchiorre, Brown, sophomore Brooke Hagan and freshman Marissa Loro placed second in the 200 yard freestyle relay in 1:49.83.

The Cabrini swim teams are back in action Saturday, as the Cavaliers visit Penn State-Altoona at 1 p.m. in AMCC action.
