Griffith Impresses at Day Two of the 2015 ECAC Championships

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - After day two of the 2015 ECAC Swimming and Diving Championships, senior Morgan Griffith and sophomore Todd Walker continue to hold their own against tough Division I, II and III competition.

Griffith impressed with another strong performance in the 100 yard breaststroke, breaking her previous school record with a final time of 1:08.59, good for 23rd place out of 34 swimmers.

Walker finished 35th out of 41 swimmers in the 100 yard butterfly, reaching the wall in 53.44. The sophomore also competed in the 200 yard freestyle, placing 45th, with a final time of 1:48.99.

Walker will compete in the 200 yard backstroke in tomorrow morning's action, while Griffith and sophomore Christina Melchiorre will swim the 100 yard freestyle. Meet time is set for 9 a.m.
