RADNOR, PA – After surrendering its lead in the 87th minute, the Cabrini men's soccer team regrouped to score a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory over Wesley tonight at Edith Robb Dixon Field.
In the 99th minute, a Cabrini service found sophomore
Nick Booth alone on the far end of the six-yard box. The sophomore found an empty path to the back of the net for his third goal of the season and the game-winner.
Booth's goal capped a night with began with the Blue and White celebrating its nine seniors,

Richie Montesdeoca and
Kostas Slikas.
Tonight's marked the 40th career in for the group, who has also led the program to three conference championship games, including the 2017 CSAC title and the program's first ever NCAA Tournament victory.
They have combined for 77 points on 28 goals and 21 assists with 96 saves in their 461 appearances in their Cabrini kits.
Justin's impact was felt on the score board in the 23rd minute, as Booth's free kick service found the senior streaking toward the left post for the game's first goal.
The Cavaliers carried their 1-0 lead into the second half, as the Blue and White's defensive structure was put to the test.
The Wolverine's push to even the score led to an 11-5 advantage in second half shots before senior Matthew Dina's game-tying goal with just over three minutes to play.
Wesley created the first scoring chance in the extra frame, but Gould stopped freshman Keiran Sundermann's 92nd minute shot for the senior's eighth save of the night.
Booth's game-winner was the game's next shot on target, marking Cabrini's ninth shot of the night.
The sophomore accounted for two of the Blue and White's shot attempts, while seven others recorded one each.
Freshman Kaiden Fields posted four of the Wolverines' (7-5-1, 1-1 Atlantic East) 17 shots, one more than Dina. Sophomore goaltender Jason Sommer tallied three saves in the loss.
The Cavaliers (6-7-1, 2-1 Atlantic East) have a few days to enjoy tonight's victory before they return to action on Oct. 23, when they travel to face Marywood (6-8, 1-1 Atlantic East). Kick off is scheduled for 7pm in Scranton, PA.
