Despite only outshooting the Cavaliers 22-17 in the opening 30 minutes, the Royals made the most of their chances as the home team built a 16-4 halftime lead.  

Sophomore Ashley Tutzauer paced the Cavaliers with two goals and four ground balls, while senior Avery Murphy added an assist to her eight draw controls.

Junior Shannon Warburton led the Royals with six goals, while senior Elena Gallo added five points on two goals and three helpers. Junior Becca Russo chipped in with five ground balls, three draw controls and three caused turnovers. Scranton's two goaltenders junior Erin Putnam and sophomore Lauren Devlin recorded seven saves each.

Cabrini Last Time Out: Cabrini 20, Marymount 8 (4/17/2019, Arlington, VA)
Tutzauer scored the first of her six goals at the 25:11 mark and sparked the Blue and White on a 6-0 run, including three goals in a 53 second span. The Saints battled back, pulling within 8-4 with 12 minutes left in the period before the Cavaliers closed the stanza with another six consecutive goals, taking a 14-4 lead at the half.

In the opening 30 minutes, the Cavaliers outshot the Saints 31-12, including 25 shots on goal, and committed just four turnovers. Cabrini's defensive effort held Marymount to just 7-14 in first half clear attempts and pressured the home team into 16 first half miscues.  

Tutzauer led the Cavaliers, matching a career best with eight points on six goals and two assists. Murphy added five points, including four goals, seven draw controls, five caused turnovers and four ground balls.

Freshman Shea Neary added two goals and an assist to go with five draw controls, five caused turnovers and five ground balls to her stat line. Freshman goaltender Sam Hamalak earned the victory with seven saves.

Scranton Last Time Out: #20 Scranton 19, Elizabethtown 8 (4/18/2019, Elizabethtown, PA)
After watching its eight game win streak come to an end against No. 10 Catholic four days earlier, Scranton rebounded with a convincing road win over Elizabethtown. The Royals sprinted tout to an 11-1 lead at the 13 minute mark and never looked back.

A model of offensive efficiency, Scranton scored its 19 goals on just 32 shots, converted three of its five free position shots and committed just six first half turnovers.

Freshman Halle Conklin led the Royals with seven points on four goals and three assists, while Gallo and classmate Christine Olert added three goals each. Russo earned team-high honors with seven draw controls, four ground balls and three caused turnovers, while Devlin and Putnam combined for 11 saves.
