RADNOR, PA – The Cabrini swim teams celebrated their seniors today, as the Cavaliers welcomed the Alfred State College Pioneers to the Dixon Center Pool.
The Blue and White women scored a 169-89 win, while the men suffered a 134-121 loss in the home finale for both teams.
Junior
Tara McCloskey gave the seniors something to cheer about, as the junior broke a pair of program records and claimed three wins on the day.
The junior's winning time of 1:07.75 in the 100-yard breaststroke cut more than 0.5 seconds from her previous mark. Late in the meet, McCloskey won the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:28.35, nearly a full second faster than the mark she set last season. The junior ended the night with a win in the 200-yard individual medley, reaching the wall in 2:18.12.
McCloskey was just one of three multiple event winners for the Cabrini women, as classmate

With their regular season complete, Cabrini's full attention will turn to defending their 2019 Atlantic East conference championship titles.
The Cavaliers will join Immaculata, Marymount and Marywood in Scranton, PA on Feb. 14-16 for the conference championship meet.
