LANCASTER, PA – Sophomore Sam Frederick has been named to the 2021 All-Atlantic East Conference Second Team, the league announced today.

Frederick received the honor after finishing 12th at Saturday's conference championship meet, completing the 6K course in 28:47.

With the honor, Frederick joins Shaiann Lyde ('21) as the only Cabrini women named to receive all-conference since Diane Gapinski ('11) finished third in 2009.

Frederick and the Cavaliers will return to action on Saturday, as they compete in the Gwynedd Mercy Invitational before heading to the NCAA Div. III Mideast Regional Championships on April 13.
