RADNOR, Pa. – Cabrini scored three times in the first and four quarter as the Cavaliers (11-4, 4-1 Atlantic East) locked up a first-round bye in the Atlantic East playoffs with a 8-1 win over Immaculata (6-8, 3-2 Atlantic East) in field hockey action Saturday.
Freshman forward Maggie Cella and sophomore midfielder Adrianna Jones each had two goals, while junior midfielder Caroline Gallagher netted three assists as Cabrini had a 20-1 edge in shots.
Senior midfielder Olivia Sims had a goal and an assist as did junior midfielder Daly Ewing, while Gallagher and freshman forward Krista Geibler each scored goals for Cabrini.
Cabrini will host Neumann for Senior Day on Wednesday.
