RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini University women's soccer team celebrated its seniors and sent them off on a high note as the Cavs (11-5, 4-1 Atlantic East) defeated Marymount (5-8-4, 1-3-1 Atlantic East) 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.
After a scoreless first half, Cabrini got in the board in the 61st minute as senior midfielder Andrea Pezick scored on an assist from junior forward Ella Marrollo.
Just 11 minutes later, freshman midfielder Alyssa DeGeorge scored on an assist from junior forward Maggie McCay for the final margin.
Sophomore goalkeeper Caroline Hassall had another clean sheet as Cabrini outshot the Saints, 18-2.
