NORTHBOROUGH, MA – The Cabrini women's lacrosse team was recently honored by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association for its work in the classroom, as the organization recently announced its list of 2022 academic awards.
The Cavaliers were one of 326 NCAA Div. I, II III and NAIA teams named a National Honor Squad after achieving a team grade point average of 3.2 for the 2021-22 academic year.

Moira Ward in earning spots on the 2022 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.
These 11 Cavaliers were among the 1,099 junior, senior or graduate student-athletes from 193 different institutions to earn the honor after achieving the required cumulative grade point average of 3.5.
The Cavaliers closed 2022 with an12-8 record, including a perfect 5-0 mark in Atlantic East Conference play, en route to their 10th consecutive conference championship and 19th NCAA Tournament appearance, where the club upset No. 22 Haverford before falling to No. 10 Ithaca.
