FLEETWOOD, Pa. – After Day One of the Golden Oaks Shootout, Cabrini University men's golf sits in third place with a total score of 301, just seven shots back of the lead.

On the Par 72 course, freshman Frankie Sass is tied for third with a one-under-par 71. He is just three shots back of the leader.

Junior Liam Caspar netted a 76, with junior Sean Caspar also getting a 76, followed  by graduate Jonathan Papp getting a 77.

Senior Zach Miller carded an 80 for the Cavs, followed by sophomore Mitch Walz getting an 86.

Round two is slated for Saturday morning at 9, weather permitting.
