Knights Clip Cavaliers in Conference Rematch

Radnor, PA - The Cabrini University Men's Basketball team was defeated by the Knights of Neumann University by a score of 54-70 on Wednesday night. The Cavaliers are now 3-5 against Atlantic East opponents with four Conference games remaining.

~With a career-best 19 point performance, Eric Neal upped his scoring average to double figures. The Cavs' second-leading scorer (10.1 points per game) leads Cabrini in minutes played and assists this season.
~The Cavaliers struggled to find their rhythm from beyond the arc, as they'd shoot 2-12 from three in each half. Donoven Mack kept Cabrini afloat from distance, making 3 of his 6 three point attempts. Mack also made each of his 2-point tries to arrive at a 15 point night.
~Neumann handedly won the rebounding battle 50-26, including 19 offensive boards to Cabrini's 7. Jalen Vaughns led the Knights with 8 offensive and 8 defensive rebounds to feed his 18 point, 16 rebound double-double.
