Men's Lacrosse drops close contest with Hampden-Sydney

Hampden-Sydney, Va. – The Cabrini University Men's Lacrosse lost a one-goal game to the Tigers of Hampden-Sydney College on Tuesday afternoon. The Cavaliers walk away from their Virginia trip without a win, as they'll return home to face Widener on Saturday, March 2.

Scoring Breakdown
  • Hampden-Sydney wasted no time getting on the board, netting the game's first goal at 32 seconds in.
  • After 10 scoreless minutes, Cabrini evened the game with a Tommy Vaughan goal, helper to Dillon McManus.
  • McManus netted the Cavs' second goal at 1:35, assisted by Mario Leone.
