RADNOR, Pa. – On another rainy afternoon at Edith Robb Dixon Field, the Cabrini University women's lacrosse team took down the Profs of Rowan University. With the 12-7 victory, the Cavaliers improve to 6-2 on the season. Cabrini will host TCNJ on Tuesday before entering their conference schedule on Wednesday.

Scoring
-Caroline Gallagher scored 3 goals, as Olivia Little, Olivia Pace, and Morgan McClintock had 2. Cassidy Starner, Neve Murphy, and Alena Catka each added one goal apiece.
-Olivia Little and Cassidy Starner registered all of the Cavs' assists, as Little contributed 4 helpers and Starner contributed 2. 

Defensive
-Caroline Gallagher had 4 caused turnovers and 3 ground balls.
-Alyssa Kolasa forced 2 turnovers and picked a ground ball.
-Olivia Little and Abbey Fenton led the Cavs with 5 ground balls.
-Morgan McClintock, Shea Neary, and Cassidy Starner all had multiple ground balls and a caused turnover, while Amelia D'Urso and Olivia Pace had one of each.

How it Happened

• Cabrini got on the board first as Rowan tied the game at 1-1 ninety seconds later. 
• The Cavaliers proceeded to score the next 3 goals to take a 4-1 lead after the first quarter.
• The Cavs' lead reached as many as six goals as they'd lead 7-1 early in the second quarter.
• Rowan strung together four consecutive scores, tightening the game at 7-5 just after halftime.
• The Cavaliers and Profs traded the next two goals, bringing the scoreboard to 8-6.
• Cabrini capitalized on drawn penalties, scoring twice on woman-up chances in the third period.
• Rowan added their final goal late in the third, as they'd trail 7-10.
• The Cavaliers scored the only two goals in the final quarter.
