Cabrini University Athletics

Julie Dziengelski (Smith) enters her 13th season as an assistant coach with the Cabrini field hockey and women's lacrosse teams in 2019-20.
 
Dziengelski twice claimed Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) First Team honors for field hockey and led the team with six assists as a senior in 2004. She helped the Cabrini lacrosse team to four consecutive CSAC Tournament championships (2002-05) and earned All-CSAC First Team accolades in 2004 and 2005. In addition, Smith served as team captain for both squads.
 
As a student-athlete at Cabrini, Dziengelski traveled to Tokyo, Japan with head coach Jackie Neary for lacrosse games. Following her graduation, she played field hockey in both Italy and Ireland. 
 
In 2006, Dziengelski served as an assistant field hockey coach at the Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.
 
Dziengelski earned a bachelor of English and communications degree from Cabrini in 2005. 

Dziengelski currently works for Apogee Insurance Group in Wayne, PA, where she sells professional liability insurance.
