Kerry Jarema begins her eighth season as an assistant coach with the Cabrini field hockey team in 2009.

Jarema, a four-year field hockey letterwinner at Muhlenberg College from 1997-2000, earned first-team All-Centennial Conference and all-academic recognition in 2000. In the same season, she was named All-South Region Second Team.

Jarema also played three seasons for the Mules’ women’s lacrosse program, claiming second-team All-Centennial Conference honors in her final season.

Jarema received a bachelor of arts degree in English, as well as an elementary education certification from Muhlenberg in 2001. She earned a master of education degree from Cabrini in May 2007. Currently, Jarema teaches fifth grade at Garnet Valley Elementary School.

Jarema and her husband, Matt, reside in Paoli, Pa. with their new-born daughter, Kate.
