Stephen Hill begins in his 12th year as an assistant coach with Cabrini’s men’s lacrosse program in 2022-23. Hill blends 12 years of coaching with the experience of a former Cabrini student-athlete.  

Since 2012, Hill has been on the staff at Cabrini as the offensive coordinator. During his time, the Cavaliers have continued their dominance in conference play. Cabrini has won the conference tournament in each season that Hill has been on staff.  

Hill directed Cabrini's high-powered offensive attack to a National Championship victory in 2019. Led by IMLCA National Offensive Player of the Year Jordan Krug, the Cavaliers tallied 16.88 goals per game, ranking 12th in Division III in scoring offense. The Blue and White also ranked in the nation's top 16 in 11 other NCAA statistical categories.

Off the lacrosse field, Hill remains active with young people, he is currently a special education teacher at Ridley High School in the Emotional Support Program.

Hill played one year of lacrosse at Division I Drexel University before transferring to Cabrini. Hill was named Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the Year following the 2004 campaign.

Hill graduated from Cabrini in May 2006 with a degree in Human Resources Management. He later returned to Cabrini for his master’s degree in education with a Special Education certification.

Hill now resides in Springfield, PA.
