Sam Tulskie begins her third year as an assistant coach in 2015-16 after completing a stand-out playing career at LaSalle University.
In her first match at the college level, Tulskie posted 20 kills and 19 digs and never looked back. After playing all 127 matches during her career, Tulskie ranks second all-time on the Explorers’ career list with 1,531 digs and 10th in kills with 833. She is one of just five players in program history to finish her career in the top 10 of both categories. Â
Tulskie’s college years were not her first taste of success on the court, as she was a four year starter at Springfield High School, where she was two-time Delaware County Player of the Year, a three-time Delaware Country First Team honoree and a four-time All-Central Conference selection.
Tulskie also coached with the Synergy Volleyball Club in 2012.
A member of the 2011-12 Atlantic 10 Commissioners Honor Roll, Tulskie completed her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education at LaSalle in 2012.
