SCRANTON, Pa. – The Cabrini College men's soccer team closed its regular season with a 3-2 loss to Keystone College in a game played at the University of Scranton. The Cavaliers will enter the Colonial States Athletic Conference tournament with a 9-9-1 overall record and 5-4 mark in the CSAC.
Trailing 1-0 after halftime, the Cavaliers tied the score in the 48th minute when sophomore
Taylor Scarpino scored his first goal of the season.
The Blue and White took the lead in the 71st minute when freshman
George Lambritsios tallied his fourth goal of the season.
Keystone tied the score in the 84th minute then scored the game winner with just 33 seconds remaining on the clock.
Having already clinched a spot in the CSAC postseason tournament, the Cavaliers will now wait to hear who, when ,and where they will next take the field.
