ROSEMONT, Pa. – The Cabrini volleyball team earned its seventh consecutive win tonight with a 3-0 victory at Rosemont College. With the victory, the Blue and White improved to 13-5 overall and 4-0 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
The triumph also marked the club's 19th consecutive regular season win over a CSAC foe.
All 13 players saw action in the 25-6, 25-14, 25-14 victory.
Senior
Amy Guarino led the way with eight kills, nine assists, three service aces and seven digs. Freshman
Chelsea Jones added five kills to a pair of solo blocks.
Junior
Cassidy Koenig tallied six assists, while sophomore
Kelly Guarino totaled five service aces and eight digs.
Cabrini will return to action next Wednesday with a rare doubleheader. The Cavaliers will host both Keystone College (8-10, 2-3 CSAC) and Cedar Crest College (2-15, 2-3 CSAC) at Nerney Field House. Cabrini will face the Giants at 5 p.m. with it match against the Falcons slated for 7:30 p.m.
