MATTHEWS, N.C. – Senior men's basketball student-athlete
Aaron Walton-Moss has been named 2015 Basketball Times Division III Player of the Year and First Team All-American, the site announced today.
This marks the second First Team All-American accolade for the senior, as Walton-Moss earned a similar honor from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) earlier this week.
Walton-Moss was arguably one of the nation's top players in 2014-15, as the only player in the country to rank in the top 25 in points, rebounds and assists. The senior led the nation with 8.8 assists, ranked fifth 11.7 rebounds and 24th with 20.6 points per game.
In total, the three time CSAC Player of the Year ranked in the top 25 in nine NCAA Statistical categories, including an astounding nine triple doubles. Walton-Moss also closes his career as Cabrini's all-time leader with 1,641 points and 906 rebounds, while his 495 career assists rank third.
