RADNOR, PA – The Cabrini volleyball team extended its Colonial States Athletic Conference win streak to 58 matches tonight, as the Cavaliers scored matching 3-0 victories over Rosemont and Marywood at Nerney Field House.
The victories improved the Blue and White to 10-0 in the conference, clinching the number one seed and home court advantage in next week's CSAC Tournament.
Cabrini also improved to 26-5 overall, matching the 2014 team (26-7) for the second most wins in a season in program history, just three victories shy of the program mark held by the 2013 team (29-5).
The Blue and White wasted little time in taking control of its match against Rosemont, posting a 25-7, 25-5, 25-11 win. The Cavaliers hit a robust .426, pairing 35 kills against just six attack errors.

Olivia Blankenbiller notched 29 assists and two service aces, while junior
Ashley Shannon posted a match-high nine digs. Fellow junior
Emily Shannon paired six digs and three service aces.
Senior Morgan Rollins led the Ravens (3-16, 2-9 CSAC) with three kills and five digs.
Cabrini closed the night the same way it opened it, scoring a convincing 3-0 win over Marywood (25-13, 25-15, 25-11).
Blankenbiller notched her sixth double-double of the season with 29 assists and 12 digs.
Judkins paced the Blue and White with 10 kills, while classmate
Morgan Collito added seven and
Anne-Marie Jones six.
Ashley Shannon earned match-high honors with 15 digs.
Sophomore Peri Sheerin led the Pacers (12-16, 8-3 CSAC) with eight kills, while sophomore Jordan Vossler notched 18 digs.
In tonight's middle match, Marywood rolled to a 3-0 (25-5, 25-9, 25-13) win over Rosemont. Sheerin and freshman Sam Compton scored six kills each, while sophomore Gabrielle Santos recorded eight of Marywood's 19 service aces.
Prior to tonight's second match,
Anne-Marie Jones and
Ashley Shannon were honored for reaching career milestones last week. Jones notched her 1,000th career kills, while Shannon scored her 1,000th career dig.
The Cavaliers will look for their fifth consecutive undefeated CSAC season tomorrow, as they visit Notre Dame of Maryland University. First serve is scheduled for 7:30pm in Baltimore.
